  • I always have the fear that I am dreaming and I'm doing what I'm doing but in the worst place possible, what is that?

Edit: an example is like I'm going to the bathroom and I imagine I'm sitting down on the toilet how I am but actually on a bench in a city or something with my pants still off 😐

  • I have this little thought in the back of my head, that is just saying “You will develop Schizophrenia. It’s just going to happen”. And it’s kind of terrifying to think about, and I’ve had this thought for some time, just popping into my head some days and saying “hey, just gonna remind you you’re going insane”

  • My theory is it's a kind of radio frequency many people listen to and contribute to.And good news, there's a simple remedy for recovery:Don't respond to it and don't contribute to it because you won't get anywhere but only worse by doing otherwise.Always keep in mind that it's an ILLEGAL and INVALID sub-frequency that is generally being used by inferior people who suffer from some self restrictions and paranoia.

And also, stop meddling with ordinary signs, omens e.g asap 🙂

  • So for a while now I’ve been experiencing these symptoms off and on. Two months ago it was really bad for like two-four weeks. I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling like someone of something was watching me and I would see random things like faces looking at me and I would just stare at them hoping they would talk or do something but they wouldn’t. I also heard voices, every time I would try and go to sleep or the voices would wake me up or keep me awake. The first voice I heard one night, I know it had a deeper voice but I didn’t catch what it said, all I know is that it said something and it wasn’t a thought, it was very loud in my head. Then the next night I woke up again (the same thing happened again with the faces) but this time I literally thought the zombie apocalypse was happening, and I could FEEL a zombie behind my door even though it didn’t make any sounds. I stayed up for a few minutes because I was scared that it was going to hurt me, but after a while I felt normal again and then just went back to sleep like nothing ever happened?? The next night I heard like six voices screaming at me “YOURE GAY YOURE GAY YOURE GAY!” (I already knew I was gay but thank you for reminding me) I remember they yelled at me in such a nasty tone and it made me feel really bad. And then the NEXT night I woke up and thought a demon was in my room and it made me really scared, it just felt like something evil or bad was in my room. But again I stayed up for a while and then I felt normal again. There was this one day where I got so paranoid about someone watching me from my computer that I colored over the camera with white out. Whenever I think of something embarrassing I try and stop thinking about it because I’m afraid someone is reading my thoughts or the aliens are recording it and when I die they’re going to show all the embarrassing things I did and thought about. Anyways I haven’t heard voices or seen any faces for a month, and it’s always like this. For a couple of months everything will feel fine and then out of nowhere my symptoms come back. Sorry that this was so long but I need some advice on what to do, and for people that do have schizophrenia, am I showing early signs? I’m only 17 and 16 was when I first heard a voice in my head but it wasn’t like mean. There was this one time where I head a random piano play in my head and then a voice said very politely “thank you” so that was weird as hell. But I’ve already told my doctor all of this and he said and I quote “it’s normal for my age to hear things like this” and I try to tell my mom but she gets all defensive about it and I can’t talk to her about it. I have severe depression and suicidal ideation, I also have anxiety and a sleeping disorder so could it be because of another mental illness that I have? It would mean a lot to me if someone could give me advise, thank you.

  • I get severe delusions that make 0 sense to anyone but me. 24/7 I feel as though there’s like a go-pro on my head or something and someone is watching me and if I want to go to the toilet, shower or get changed I need to pick up the “go-pro” off my head and smash it against a hard surface but it comes back after 7 minutes. I also believe that if I don’t touch the roof as I go downstairs I’ll get eaten but I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. I also have hallucinations but it’s not like random crap where you see in movies but more like terrifying jump scares that you’d see in a horror movie or game. They never phase me though, not even the first time it happened a few months back I don’t know why. The “jumpscares” are usually triggered by either noise or a certain movement I make. I have no idea if this has anything to do with this and I’ve not told anyone. I’m planning to tell one of my best mates about the hallucinations tomorrow. I’ve not had any mental health history (a lot of physical tho) so it doesn’t stem off of something else. I also have conversations with either myself or someone else in my head all the time. I plan out conversations in my head before they happen, on the rare chance that I do end up having that conversation. I also very commonly go on a hiatus where I just stop doing homework or contact anyone at all.

  • The answer to suffering or benefit one finds from exploring the nature of the mind can come from within the mind itself, it isn't going to come from a trust breach of the society made via involuntary treatment; they're simply exacerbating the problem
